Drainage – On-site Sewerage Facility

Note: If you are supervising or performing maintenance or installation of on-site sewerage facilities, you must hold an appropriate restricted drainer – on-site sewerage facility licence under the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2002. Scope of work

1. Maintenance: building work within the scope of work mentioned in the Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2003, schedule 2, item 8, column 4, paragraph (a) for a Drainer – on-site sewerage facility licence.

2. Maintenance and installation: building work within the scope of work mentioned in the Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2003, schedule 2, item 8, column 4, paragraph (b) for a Drainer – on-site sewerage facility licence.

Managerial course

Completion of the approved managerial course.

Note: Completion of the course Establish legal and risk management requirements of small business BSBSMB401, which is one of the required courses in the Certificate IV Plumbing and Services, will meet this requirement.
