Early Dispute Resolution (EDR)

We provide a free, Early Dispute Resolution (EDR) service for disputes between QBCC principal contractors and home owners.

It applies to contracts for domestic building work in excess of $3,300 where concerns regarding defective building work, non-completion and contractual issues arise prior to completion of the contract.
