Phone and computer services have been restored to the QBCC Townsville Service Centre following issues with Optus fibre connectivity in Townsville.

If you have been experiencing problems with the PAS password reset, we are happy to announce that the issue has now been resolved. The system will now update password changes as requested.
Update on our service centres
All QBCC customer service centres are open today. QBCC building inspectors and technical staff are on standby to provide assistance in areas affected by TC Debbie.
We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of some QBCC service centres due to Tropical Cyclone Debbie.
Licensees are encouraged to sign up to the Building & Tradie Assistance Register and Building Certifier Register which were established to help with building repairs in areas affected by Cyclone Debbie. Home and property owners can use the register when they are ready to undertake repairs or rebuilding.
