Non-conforming building products and materials are those that do not meet the required standards for the use in which they are intended.
This is a nation-wide issue that may affect many different industry sectors such as manufacturing, importation, retail and construction.
The Queensland Building and Construction Product Committee
We have established the Queensland Building and Construction Product Committee to protect home owners and industry members from non-compliant and non-conforming products through raising industry awareness.

Lodging your financial information
Lodgement of annual financial reporting requirements can still be made online through myQBCC and a secure, physical letterbox at each regional service centre.
The Brisbane front counter and contact centre will remain open on 29, 30 and 31 December 2020.
In preparing your MFR Report, your accountant is required to review your signed financial statements. A copy of the signed financial statements must be provided with the MFR Report.

Signed financial statements means financial statements prepared under the prescribed accounting standards, including all of the following:
