Updated log-in information on PAS and Pool Safety Register

We recommend changing the password after logging in, by using the ‘Request new password’ option.

If you click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the log-in page, we are aware of some instances where email accounts on services such as hotmail and gmail might not be receiving the new password which has been sent.

We are investigating the cause of this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
