Need extra help contacting the QBCC?
We try to make it as easy as possible for everyone to communicate with us.
We understand some people may experience barriers when contacting QBCC. These barriers may include having English as a second language, living with disability, having individual communication needs, being in a vulnerable or marginalised situation, or experiencing crisis.
If you need help to contact us, use our services or understand what to do next, you can talk to us. Our staff will listen and help you work out the best way to move forward. For example, we can help you understand what information you may need to provide, which QBCC service may be relevant to your matter, or how to take the next step.
If it is easier, you can ask someone else to contact us for you. This could be a relative, friend, solicitor, support worker, case worker or anyone else you trust. We will need your written permission before speaking with someone on your behalf.
