- Defective work form - Use this form if you think that work completed by your builder is defective.
- Notification of offence form - Use this form to tell us when you think a contractor is breaking the law, including unlicensed contracting or inappropriate behaviour.
- Monies owed form - Use this form to tell us when a QBCC licensed contractor owes you money.
- Internal review form - If you feel a decision we've made is incorrect, you can have it independently reviewed through our Internal Review Unit.
