Compliments, Suggestions and Complaints about QBCC's Service

If you would like to make a complaint to someone external of the QBCC, please visit the Queensland Ombudsman or call 1800 068 908.

Complaints

  • Defective work form - Use this form if you think that work completed by your builder is defective.
  • Notification of offence form - Use this form to tell us when you think a contractor is breaking the law, including unlicensed contracting or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Monies owed form - Use this form to tell us when a QBCC licensed contractor owes you money.     
  • Internal review form - If you feel a decision we've made is incorrect, you can have it independently reviewed through our Internal Review Unit.
