Greg has been a Director of Boards for 30 years, and a member (now Fellow) of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) since 1992. Over the last decade, Greg has balanced a sequence of CEO and executive leadership roles with several Board positions. He is a respected, trusted leader and is widely regarded as a competent and professional advisor across Queensland’s business, government, community and political spheres.

Greg’s experience includes land use and infrastructure planning, property development, project delivery, economic development, stakeholder and community engagement and corporate governance. Over the last 20 years, his leadership has focused on public and private sector asset owners and private sector development advisory/consulting businesses experiencing substantial transformation.

Debra is a senior local government executive with more than 30 years’ experience across planning, development, construction, customer service, and organisational transformation.

Amelia brings a powerful combination of legal, governance, risk management and human-centred stakeholder and commercial skills across private and public sectors, professional services, construction, insurance, energy, industry bodies and infrastructure projects.

With extensive career experience, direct P & L responsibility, broad Australian and global networks and political advocacy expertise, Amelia brings strength and energy to all that she applies attention to.

Amelia has Chair and NED experience on a range of diverse Boards and Finance, Risk and Audit Committees in the public and private sector, including global V20 leadership positions.

In her consultancy days, Amelia acted as transaction director on multiple government infrastructure projects of economic significance and has worked within the oil, gas, energy and transmission sectors.

Amelia was honoured to serve on the Council for the Order of Australia for 4 years for the Office of the Governor General.

Over 30 years, Amelia has served a range of charities advancing the lives of women and children, in addition to mentoring hundreds of young professionals and leading diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.  Additional advisory board and pro bono volunteer activities have included the engineering, NFP & Arts Sectors and several start-ups.

Sally Noonan

Sally is a former CEO, Deputy Director-General, and Chief Economist within the Queensland Government, with expertise in infrastructure planning, economic strategy, and insurance.

Miriam Kent

Miriam is CEO of Gallipoli Medical Research, with extensive experience in customer transformation, economic development, and innovation, including senior roles at Brisbane City Council and Brisbane Economic Development Agency.

Gerard Benedet

Appointed 1 December 2025

Gerard is a governance and strategy leader, currently National Executive Director of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, with strong experience overseeing major reform and programs in both government and the private sector.

Chris Mountford

Appointed 1 December 2025

Chris is CEO of Independent Schools Queensland, with a strong background in property, infrastructure, and economic policy as the former Queensland Executive Director of the Property Council of Australia.
