Strategic plan

The Strategic Plan outlines QBCC’s vision for the building and construction industry and identifies QBCC’s purpose in contributing to that vision. It also highlights our objectives for the duration of the life of the plan, and the strategies we will adopt to turn them into a reality. Our performance measures help us to understand how we are tracking against our objectives.
