QBCC offices

All QBCC offices will close at 5.00pm on Wednesday 24 December and reopen at 8.30am on Friday 2 January 2026,

Contact centre and myQBCC availability

During the closure period, the Contact Centre will operate remotely on a reduced schedule and can be reached by phone on 139 333.  

Online services will remain available through myQBCC and paperwork can be lodged securely in letterboxes at regional service centres.
