Upcoming office closure hours

QBCC offices

All QBCC offices will close at 5.00pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025. Regional offices will reopen at 9.00am on Friday, 2 January, while the Brisbane office will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.

Contact centre and QBCC Portal availability

During the closure period, the Contact Centre will operate remotely on a reduced schedule and can be reached by phone on 139 333.  

Online services will remain available through QBCC Portal and paperwork can be lodged securely in letterboxes at regional service centres.
