We’re inviting Queensland home owners to register their interest in attending upcoming QBCC Consumer Forums being held across Queensland.
The QBCC is currently undertaking significant work to enhance customer experience, make it easier to engage with us and strengthen the way we support home owners throughout their building and renovation journey.
These forums are an opportunity for us to hear directly from Queensland home owners as we continue that work.
Why we are holding these forums
The QBCC is committed to improving the experience of Queensland home owners.
As part of this work, we’re engaging directly with communities across Queensland to better understand customer experiences, share the improvements underway and hear feedback about how we can continue to improve.
We know that building and renovating can at times be complex and challenging—particularly when things don’t go to plan. These forums provide an opportunity for open and constructive conversations about how we support Queensland home owners.
