Phishing scam aimed at QBCC customers

We have become aware of a phishing scam aimed at QBCC customers.

The email is posing as a DocuSign email and asks recipients to click on a “Review Document”, button. 

This email has not been sent by the QBCC and if received, you should delete the email immediately. We would like to thank customers who have taken the time to call us and advise us of this activity.
 

Suspicious emails

• Stop: don't click links/attachments
• Check: verify sender via trusted channels (website/call), look for red flags (urgency, bad grammar, requests for personal info/money)
• Report: report scams to authorities like ScamWatch.

Extra tips

• Keep your devices and antivirus software up to date.
• Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication.
• Be cautious with unexpected emails, even if they look official.
