- subcontractors engaged by the trustee to carry out protected work or supply related services
- the trustee.

- Building inspection/assessment/report

- Contract administration
- Demolition/dismantling
- Electrical/power supply
- Engineering
- Fire safety work/fire protection work or systems/security systems/communications systems
- Foundations
- Installing prefabricated building components
- Landscaping and site restoration
- Painting/decorating
- Prefabricating
- Professional cleaning
- Roadways/access
- Rubber laying
- Scaffolding
- Site testing
- Site work, site clearance, earthmoving, excavating, tunnelling and boring
- Soil testing/testing road-materials
- Surveying
- Swimming pools
- Water/drainage/sanitation
- Preparing plans or specifications
NOT Drilling/extracting oil/gas
NOT Extraction of minerals
NOT Ongoing maintenance work
NOT Supply only of products
